ELIZABETH ARAGUÁS is a criminal defense and family law attorney, whose practice spans the state and federal courts of eastern Iowa. Ms. Araguás has appeared in national and local media for her work, including an interview with Keith Morrison on Dateline NBC. She is an experienced trial and appellate advocate. Notably, she has argued before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Iowa Court of Appeals. She is a certified and experienced mediator in family law and aging-related cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Araguás was in private practice in Iowa City and worked at Iowa Legal Aid. She lives in Coralville with her family.
